Her goal is to make a difference in someone's life, especially children at the P.A.C.E. Studio.  Bailey believes that every child's potential is great! She was asked to join The Young Americans Group. The Young Americans is a non-profit organization and performing group that teaches music and dance to students in the United States and other parts of the world as advocates of music education in their International Music Outreach Tours. This group focuses on the goal of the child, and letting the child believe in themselves, imagine the possibilities, and go for it.  Bailey intends to stay connected to the P.A.C.E. Studio as long as God lets her as she continues her masters in business administration
